Privacy policy

How enquiry information is used by Havant House Clearance.

Last updated: 3 October 2026.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, postcode, job description, preferred timing and any photo you choose to upload.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your clearance request, operate the website, prevent misuse and, where appropriate, identify a local clearance provider that may be able to quote for the work.

Sharing with a provider

If you ask us to find a quote, you explicitly agree that we may share the submitted enquiry information with a suitable local clearance provider so that provider can contact you about the job. We do not sell your details to unrelated marketing lists. The provider becomes responsible for its own processing of your data once it receives your enquiry.

Website hosting and forms

The website may use a hosting and form-processing provider to receive and store form submissions. We keep access limited to what is needed to operate the enquiry service.

Retention

We retain enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary for lead administration, dispute handling, accounting or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Your rights

UK data protection law gives individuals rights over their personal information, subject to applicable exemptions. Contact details for privacy requests will be added before commercial launch.

Before launch

This V1 policy must be completed with the legal operator name, contact email, retention schedule and named service providers before paid lead generation begins.
