Furniture and access details matter
For a Bedhampton clearance quote, list the largest items and explain how they can leave the property. Photographs of a staircase, hallway or gate can help a provider assess difficult access. Avoid moving heavy furniture yourself simply to make the picture clearer.
Keep the retained contents separate
If you are downsizing or preparing a property for sale, mark what is staying before the provider visits. Include any garden, garage or loft contents in the quote request. Removing the contents of fitted storage is different from removing the storage itself.
